We’re experienced, qualified and friendly

With over two decades of real business experience, it’s safe to say we know what we’re doing. We’ve worked with countless businesses, helping them with everything from simple bookkeeping and reconciliations, through to detailed tax problems.

We’re also more than qualified. Our bookkeepers are required to fulfil four standards – education, experience, testing & training:

  • Minimum of Cert IV in Finance-Bookkeeping
  • Minimum 5 years experience
  • Successfully completed the Pure Bookkeeping Skills Assessment
  • Successfully completed The Pure Bookkeeping Training Module

We use The Pure Bookkeeping Skills Assessment to test employee proficiency and bookkeeping skills. They also complete The Pure Bookkeeping Training Module – an intensive theoretical and practical training in all aspects of The Pure Bookkeeping System before qualifying starting as one of our bookkeepers. What does that mean for you? We don’t let just anyone work on your books, only the most experienced, qualified and suitable professionals make it through to join our team. This means you can rest easy knowing your books are in safe hands.

We’re Registered BAS Agents

Since 2010 all bookkeepers providing a BAS Service are required to register as a BAS Agent. This requires a Cert IV in Financial Services – Bookkeeping or Accounting, over 1000 relevant experience, Professional Indemnity insurance and a commitment to ongoing professional development. What does that mean for you? Previously, bookkeepers used to be able to complete a basic course and start working straight away, often leaving a trail of mess and errors due to their inexperience. This was costly – financially and emotionally – to many business owners. You can have peace of mind and confidence in the numbers knowing we are Registered BAS Agents, but the team at Timewise Financial Solutions believes that great bookkeeping is not just about getting the compliance right … it’s about empowering you around your finances!
